Nigel says Thank you

10.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Wed 10th Jun 2009

Nigel Whitburn, Liberal Democrat candidate for Canterbury South East in the June elections says:

"Thank you to everyone who voted for me in the County Council elections on June 4th and helped us increase our vote.

"With Labour being almost wiped out at County Hall and the Conservatives having a massive majority it is the Liberal democrats who will have to speak up for those areas and ideas that will be neglected. In particular we will continue to press for improvements to public and community transport."
